What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use Pargo as our shipping agent. Pick-up points are at trusted South African retail chains such as Caltex’s Freshstop, Clicks, Spar and various other pharmacies. This enables clients to collect their parcels whenever suitable. Find your closest pick-up point at http://pargo.co.za/find-a-store/

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Delivery will normally take 2 to 5 days from the time the parcel has been dropped off. Delivery to and from some smaller regional areas might take a bit longer.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your parcel by inserting the tracking number into our tracking platform: https://pargo.co.za/track-trace/

How will I know when my parcel is ready for collection?

You will receive SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pargo parcel point and is ready for collection

Horizons Africa Online was established in 2019 by three Worcester-based entrepreneurs: Dudley Davids, Stefan Strydom and Sunel Blom. What are the Payment options?

We offer two payment options: My Gate (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Mobicred) and SnapScan.

What about Incorrectly ordered items?

We will try to accommodate you if you have ordered an item incorrectly. Please contact us at orders@horizons.africa. The unopened, unused product with intact packaging material should be returned to us. All shipping charges for the product/s returned to us and replacement products sent out are the responsibility of the customer.

What shipping options are there?

We use Pargo as our shipping agent and have a Send & Pickup point at My Café Hive, 46 Church Street, Worcester, South Africa.

Pargo also offers a click and collect solution for clients who aren’t permitted to receive personal deliveries at their place of work, clients who don’t have someone at home during working hours to receive a parcel and clients living in estates, townships and rural areas which aren’t accessible to courier deliveries. Pick-up points are at trusted South African retail chains such as Caltex’s Freshstop, Clicks, Spar and various other pharmacies. This enables clients to collect their parcels whenever suitable. Delivery times: 2 – 3 days for major centres and 3 – 5 days for outlying areas.

Cost:

A flat rate to all destinations throughout South Africa, including outlying areas.

  • R70 for parcels up to 5 kg excl Vat
  • R105 for parcels up to 10 kg
  • R140 for parcels up to 15 kg

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an e-mail from Pargo advising you of the tracking (waybill) number, this number must be entered in the tracking field on our home page. Shipping terms and conditions are according to the terms and conditions as set out by Pargo.

Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, Richards Bay, Rustenburg.

Regional centres:

Pietersburg (Polekwane), Newcastle, Harrismith, Upington, Vryburg, Bethal, Witbank, Potchefstroom, Nylstroom, Ladysmith, Welkom.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU’VE MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR SOMEONE TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. Should your parcel not be delivered due to an incorrect address or nobody available to receive it and is returned to Horizons Africa Online, the re-shipment of the parcel will be for your account.
